Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Digital Process Automation Specialist- Temporary in Hampton, VA to design and build digital workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, turning paper forms, manual approvals into streamlined digital processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into automated workflows, develop electronic forms, and track approvals, gaining hands-on experience with Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience building forms or applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into automated workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build digital workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Convert paper forms, manual approvals, email-based processes, and spreadsheets into standardized digital workflows.
• Develop electronic forms and applications to streamline business processes.
• Build automated approval routing, notifications, reminders, escalations, and status tracking.
• Partner with various teams to understand existing workflows and translate requirements into efficient digital solutions.
