This role focuses on Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Forms, Lists, and related Power Platform solutions for internal processes. The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders to translate manual processes into technical solutions, maintain reliable automations from design through testing and deployment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience analyzing business processes and translating requirements into technical workflows or system solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
• Hands-on experience configuring SharePoint Online lists, libraries, columns, views, permissions, and supporting structures.
• Experience with Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Lists.
• Understanding workflow design concepts including approvals, conditions, loops, variables, expressions, connectors, error handling, logging, and notifications.
• Ability to test solutions, troubleshoot automations, perform root cause analysis, and document corrective actions.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation, process maps, user instructions, and support procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and production support priorities while delivering accurate, supportable work.
• Ability to explain technical solutions, limitations, risks, and decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document current processes with internal stakeholders and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Power Automate flows for intake, data collection, approvals, notifications, and records updates.
• Create and maintain Forms, SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, views, and permissions supporting automated processes.
• Develop clear approval workflows with status tracking, routing, notifications, timeouts, and audit history.
• Establish workflow development standards for naming, connections, ownership, accounts, variables, logging, and testing.
• Monitor production automations; investigate failures; perform root cause analysis and communicate resolutions.
• Maintain inventory of forms, flows, lists, owners, connections, environments, and support contacts.
• Create technical documentation, process maps, test scripts, and end-user instructions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with process owners; ensure requirements are met.
• Support migration to shared ownership models to reduce risk and improve continuity.
• Use PowerShell, SQL, APIs, and connectors to extend automation capabilities.
• Support Power Apps, Power BI, Power Query, and other 365 solutions as part of approved processes.
• Coordinate with IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders on integrations with Microsoft 365, Deltek Costpoint, ticketing, and reporting systems.
• Provide advanced technical support and knowledge transfer for automation solutions and SharePoint configurations.
• Prepare project updates, health reports, risk summaries, and leadership recommendations.
• Follow IT change management, least privilege, data retention, documentation, and cybersecurity requirements.
