Job summary

JLL is seeking a Digital Transformation Process Architect to join our Global Digital & Transformation Team in a mid-level role focused on designing, optimizing, and scaling digital workflows across facilities portfolios. You will translate complex requirements into efficient, technology-enabled process designs that drive adoption of IWMS, CMMS, IoT, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years in process design, business analysis, or operations consulting.
• Experience mapping complex workflows and translating needs into architecture.
• Experience in cross-functional, enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Map complex operational processes and design standardized to-be workflows leveraging digital platforms.
• Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities in facility management and corporate real estate services.
• Develop end-to-end process blueprints and workflow models (BPMN 2.0).
• Ensure scalability and standardization across accounts and regions.
• Translate processes into technical specs, user stories, and data-flow requirements.
• Define and track KPIs to measure value of digital rollouts.
