Job summary

JLL is seeking a Digital Transformation Process Architect in Chandler, AZ to design, optimize, and scale facility workflows using modern digital platforms. You will translate complex business needs into clear process blueprints and ensure technology implementations align with standardized, scalable foundations across accounts.

The role requires 3–5 years of process design experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong skills in BPMN 2.0, Lean Six Sigma, and agile tooling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology Integration, MIS, Operations Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in process design, business analysis, or related consulting.
Experience modeling complex workflows and translating needs into architectures.

Responsibilities

Designs and documents end-to-end process blueprints and swimlane diagrams.
Translate requirements into technical specs and data-flow needs for engineering teams.
Collaborate with Digital Deployment Engineers to align configurations with workflows.
Define KPIs and monitor gains from digital rollouts.
