Messerli Kramer, P.A. is seeking a full-time, in-person Workflow Analyst to join our Plymouth, MN team. The role focuses on creating and maintaining workflow within our Cogent system and aligning workflows with firm procedures.

You will collaborate with Data Operations staff and attorneys on projects that enhance firm operations and support the lifecycle of placements. The role requires strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain workflow within the system of record.
• Create work queues for end users within the system of record.
• Modify user rights and roles.
• Attend meetings with subject matter experts to design and modify workflow processes.
• Crystal Report execution.
• Other duties as assigned.
