Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Loss Time Adjuster for a 3-month contract with potential extension or hire. The role is remote with standard hours Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm.

You will investigate new and existing claims, handle indemnity and some medical claims, call injured workers or employers, review medical information, and pay benefits and lost wages. You may interact with lawyers and address litigation or settlement issues.

Job Description

A customer of Insight Global is looking to onboard a Loss time adjuster to their team. When an employee has an injury in a workplace, a claim is filed. The loss time adjuster takes ownership of this claim and investigates what happened. They determine which benefits should be paid and they follow the claim until it reaches the best possible resolution.
