Recruitment Specialist

Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr.

Location: Downtown Los Angeles (onsite required).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage CA workers’ compensation lost time claims from setup to closure.
• Conduct claim investigations and determine compensability.
• Administer statutory medical and indemnity benefits.
• Set and manage reserves within authority.
• Handle litigation, hearings, and attorney collaboration.
• Coordinate with nurse case managers, vendors, and investigators.
• Ensure compliance with CA workers’ compensation statutes and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service to insureds and claimants.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CA WC laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Experience managing litigated claims.
• Proficiency with claims systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state WC experience (CO, UT, NV, AZ).
• AIC, CPCU, or RMA coursework.
• Experience with large insurance carriers or TPAs.
