Qualifications

• Workers’ compensation experience required.
• Candidates must have prior experience supporting either plaintiff/claimant or defense workers’ compensation cases.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation case procedures and terminology.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize workers’ compensation case files.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties.
• Obtain and review medical records, employment records, and other case documentation.
• Assist with discovery, pleadings, filings, and hearing preparation.
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate case information.
• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and the legal team.
