Responsibilities

• Complete Client intake
• File documents with the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission
• Complete research to obtain documentation regarding prior work, medical records, and outside injuries
• Submit client mileage, prescription, and any other reimbursement
• Monitor treatment
• Collect, review, and maintain medical records and bill
• Communicate with Insurance Companies
• Communicate with clients and provide status update
• Prepare exhibits for hearing
• Obtaining and organizing documentation required at different stages of the case
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once
• Monitor cases on a regular basis and complete tasks appropriate to the stage of the case
