Job summary

Paramount Legal in Atlanta seeks an experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Paralegal to support a fast-paced litigation team from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of WC experience and strong procedural knowledge, with proven ability to manage medical records, draft pleadings and discovery, and coordinate with clients and attorneys on aggressive case timelines.

• 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation experience from the claimants or defense side.
• Strong knowledge of State Board of Workers’ Compensation procedures
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
• Experience managing medical records and case summaries
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
