Paramount, a well-established Atlanta law firm, is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Paralegal to join their growing team. This position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of Workers’ Compensation defense experience and strong skills in managing cases from inception through resolution. The firm promotes a collaborative environment and values professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation defense experience.
• Experience supporting defense attorneys in Georgia WC matters.
• Strong knowledge of State Board of Workers’ Compensation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Handle medical records and case summaries.
