We’re hiring experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorneys for a well-established California defence firm with over 30 years of exclusive WC practice. The firm is in active growth mode, expanding its attorney team to handle increasing claim volume across the state.

You’ll manage a full caseload of WC defence matters from inception to resolution, representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators before the WCAB. Day to day, that means attending hearings (MSCs, status conferences, lien conferences, trials), taking doctor depositions, drafting motions and settlement documents, negotiating resolutions, and maintaining regular communication with adjusters and employer contacts. The firm operates a fully paperless, remote-first environment with digital case management and dictation software provided.
