Orionplacement offers a fully remote opportunity for a California workers' compensation defense attorney. You will manage a California WC defense caseload from intake through resolution, representing employers and carriers before the WCAB while collaborating with senior attorneys and staff.
The role requires an active California Bar license, strong written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle depositions and WCAB appearances.
Fully remote throughout California. Work from anywhere in the state while representing California employers and carriers in workers' compensation matters.
Active California Bar membership is required. Candidates must have strong written communication skills, be organized and responsive, and be comfortable independently managing files, deadlines, client communication, depositions, and WCAB appearances. California workers' compensation defense experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to training motivated attorneys who are ready to build expertise in this area.
