Jobot is seeking a qualified attorney to join our client, a Workers' Comp Defense Firm, in a fully remote role nationwide, provided CA licensure is active. The position focuses on employment, workers’ compensation, subrogation, and related defense matters.

You will handle complex defense strategies, collaborate with a national team, and benefit from a billing bonus structure, vacation credit policy, annual reviews, and a streamlined interview process.

• Experience in workers’ compensation defense and related areas
• Understanding of subrogation and wrongful termination defense
• Experience defending serious and willful conduct, professional athlete injury defense
• Licensed in CA to practice remotely in US
