Workers’ Compensation Compliance and Research Specialist
Remote- Full-time position United States based

Job Description
WorkersCompensation.com’s products are designed to help make Workers’ Compensation adjusters life easier. It will assist them in finding information quickly and interpret rules and statutes in a less ambiguous way then how they are written.
Although this is not a Claims Adjuster position, Workers’ Compensation Adjuster experience is warranted. Our products support what Adjusters do, so a working knowledge of their job is important.
The Workers’ Compensation Compliance and Research Specialist will be responsible for the day- to-day activities of monitoring the workers compensation rules and statutes in each of the 50 states to ensure our compliance database has the most up to date information for our clients & products.
The candidate will need to speak directly with each State Divisions of Workers’ Compensation regarding inquiries and questions that we may have. This is a very detailed-oriented role with a heavy emphasis on research regarding Workers’ Compensation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure compliance of Workers' Compensation laws, regulations, and policies
• Develop and maintain databases of internal and external compliance information.
• Assist in research and analysis of Workers’ Compensation trends.
• Prepare compliance reports and summaries.
• Ensure accuracy of all documents and records related to Workers’ Compensation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding our products
Qualifications:
• At least five years of experience in a Workers’ Compensation compliance-related role.
• Comprehensive knowledge and skills in Workers' Compensation, including researching, finding, extracting, organizing, evaluating, and presenting information.
• Proficient in utilizing and maintain databases to track and analyze compliance and investigative data
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-taking, prioritizing and organizational skills
