We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to investigate, determine compensability, and bring to resolution all claims assigned. Under the guidance of The Sandner Group, a division of One80 Intermediaries, the Workers' Compensation Self-Insurance Trust (WCSIT) has grown to become the largest and most successful self-insurance pool for school districts’ workers’ compensation in the state of Illinois.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $51,800 - $73,100 + bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
