You will manage multiple cases and work with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality legal services. Qualified candidates hold a JD, are admitted to the bar, and have strong litigation and negotiation

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in litigation and negotiation preferred.
• Excellent research skills with Westlaw.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Taking depositions of physicians and medical providers.
• Handling hearings.
• Updating the case management system.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Litigate cases in court as necessary, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
