Confidential Law Firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team in a hybrid work environment with travel for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. The attorney will manage defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including discovery and litigation, while collaborating with insurers, employers, and third-party administrators.

Must have CA residency and be admitted to the CA Bar, with at least 1 year of workers'

• At least 1 year of experience as a workers compensation attorney.
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiating abilities.
• Commitment to proactive case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workers' Compensation defense from inception to final resolution, including discovery and litigation.
• Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

The work environment ishybridwith some travel required for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. Our Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

This job requires clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.

Must Haves:

• Must be a resident of CA and have passed the CA Bar/ be an active member of the State Bar of CA.
• At least 1 year of experience as a workers compensation attorney
