Duties:

1. Advocate for clients in all stages of workers’ compensation proceedings, including hearings and settlement negotiations
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis to support strategic planning
3. Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
4. Collaborate with legal teams to collect evidence and build strong case files
5. Maintain open, professional communication with clients throughout case development

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in workers’ compensation litigation
• Ability to manage a growing caseload independently
• Background in personal injury or civil litigation preferred
• Strong commitment to ethical and effective client representation

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Member in good standing with the California State Bar
