Job summary

Synectics is seeking a qualified attorney to join our team as a Workers’ Compensation specialist in the Carolina region. The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited law school, is licensed in NC and SC, and brings at least two years of Workers’ Compensation experience with a track record in representing injured workers.

The role emphasizes independent caseload management, strong litigation and negotiation skills, and a collaborative, growth‑minded culture. PI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Must have minimum two years’ experience handling Workers’ Compensation cases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with a team.
• Personal Injury experience is a plus but not required.
• At least two years representing injured workers in NC/SC WC claims and building client relationships.
