W3Global Inc. is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Workers' Compensation team serving North and South Carolina. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience handling workers' compensation matters and will manage a caseload from intake to resolution.

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensure to practice in NC and SC are required. The role emphasizes client relationships, negotiation, and litigation skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented firm.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Minimum of two years of experience handling Workers' Compensation cases.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, negotiation, and client relations.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured workers in NC/SC Workers' Compensation claims from start to finish.
• Develop case strategy and coordinate with clients and experts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality client advocacy.
• Maintain clear communication and provide timely updates to clients.
