Job summary

W3Global Inc. is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Workers' Compensation team serving North and South Carolina. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience handling workers' compensation matters and will manage a caseload from intake to resolution.

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensure to practice in NC and SC are required. The role emphasizes client relationships, negotiation, and litigation skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented firm.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Minimum of two years of experience handling Workers' Compensation cases.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, negotiation, and client relations.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

The client is a well-established plaintiff's law firm with offices throughout North Carolina & South Carolina. We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience representing injured workers in North & South Carolina Workers' Compensation claims, be comfortable managing a caseload from start to finish, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with clients.

• Personal Injury experience is a plus but not required.
