Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in the Los Angeles metropolitan area seeks an Associate Attorney focused on workers' compensation defense for a full-time, on-site role.

You will manage employer-side cases from evaluation to resolution, perform legal research, draft pleadings, handle discovery, and participate in hearings and mediations. The position requires active CA State Bar membership and strong advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Prior experience in workers' compensation defense strongly preferred.
• Strong foundation in law and workers' compensation; exposure to labor and employment law.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Capacity to provide clear, practical legal advice to employer-side clients.
• Proficient in legal research, including case law and statutes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
