This role involves handling Pennsylvania workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution, preparing legal documents, and appearing at various legal proceedings. Candidates should have a JD from an accredited law school, an active Pennsylvania law license, and 3+ years of litigation experience. • Ability to independently manage the full workers’ comp lifecycle is a plus.

• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
