Confidential Employer in New York is seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation attorney to manage cases from intake to resolution. You will represent clients at hearings, depositions, and settlements, providing strategic guidance and maintaining consistent client communication.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of NY WC experience, a NY bar in good standing, and fluency in English and Spanish, with strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Manage a Workers' Compensation caseload from initial intake through final resolution.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, conferences, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their cases.
• Review and evaluate new case opportunities during the intake process.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with New York Workers' Compensation Board rules, deadlines, and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies and maximize client outcomes.
