Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a Workers Compensation Team Lead to oversee weekly reconciliations, client communications, and staff development. The role emphasizes accuracy in account closures and strong knowledge of WC processes within a healthcare revenue cycle.

The position supports a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule; knowledge of HIPAA/FDCPA and regulatory compliance is valued. Hybrid/remote flexibility may apply per company policy.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years in Worker’s Compensation preferred.
• Understanding of Worker’s Compensation regulations and practices.
• Strong presentation and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in hospital revenue cycle processes; HIPAA/FDCPA knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and solve problems under pressure.

Mansioni

• Work weekly reconciliation reports for all Worker’s Compensation projects to ensure accounts are placed and closed properly.
• Send weekly closure reports to clients.
• Perform aged account reviews to identify root causes of aging.
• Manage accounts in RET/RVW activity codes weekly to verify timely closures.
• Report inventory status to the project manager weekly.
• Identify training opportunities for staff and communicate to the project manager.
