Harris Computer is seeking a Senior Workers’ Compensation Specialist to autonomously manage complex WC and No-Fault accounts. You will verify carrier data, handle billing, follow-ups, denials, and appeals, and work with leadership to streamline workflows and improve reimbursement. Orthopedic and pain management billing experience is a plus.

The role includes mentoring team members, posting payments, and documenting records, with a focus on reducing denials and optimizing processes.

• Experience in workers’ compensation billing and claims processes.
• Ability to verify carrier and claim data, and follow payment workflows.
• Experience mentoring teammates and improving SOPs.
