Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workers Compensation Team Leader to supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for clients in NJ, PA and FL. This hybrid role based in Marlton, NJ offers flexibility with 2 in-office days and a path for professional growth.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in claims, including 2 years in supervision, with strong jurisdictional knowledge and a commitment to client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as required.
• Six years of claims experience with two years supervisory responsibility.
• Strong jurisdiction knowledge: NJ & PA, some FL; familiarity with workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of examiners for workers' compensation claims.
• Monitor workloads, provide training, and ensure timely completion of claims.
• Provide technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on adjudication.
• Review reserve amounts on high-cost or complex claims and take appropriate action.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver written summaries of claims as requested.
• Ensure licensing compliance and proper documentation across teams.
