Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six years of claims experience or equivalent.
• Two years claims supervisor experience.
• Jurisdiction knowledge: East Coast (NJ & PA).
• Licensing: not required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners for a wide span of control.
• Identifies trends and advises management with action plans.
• Provides direction on claims adjudication.
• Reviews reserves on high-cost claims and actions.
• Maintains client relationship and communicates status.
