Sedgwick is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Team Leader in Marlton, NJ, with hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office). You will supervise multiple examiners and staff, ensuring timely adjudication and compliance. The role requires deep claims knowledge and leadership to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certifications may apply.
• Six years of claims experience or equivalent education/experience, including two years in supervision.
• Jurisdiction knowledge: heavy NJ & PA, some FL.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and staff.
• Monitors workloads and provides training.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Compiles reviews and analyzes management reports and takes action.
• Performs quality review on claims respecting audit and contract requirements.
• Acts as second level of appeal for client/claimant issues and implements final disposition.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high-cost claims.
• Maintains contact with the client and promotes professional relationships.
