Job summary

DM Injury Law is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Team Lead to guide a team of Case Managers, delivering exceptional client service and supervising daily operations at our Kansas City office. The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes within a busy law firm environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous workers’ compensation law firm experience required.
Prior supervisory, team leadership, training, or mentoring experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and support a team of Case Managers while driving department success.
Provide coaching, training, and performance guidance; maintain an active caseload.
Collaborate with leadership on process improvements; ensure efficient case management and client experience.
Serve as resource and escalation point for complex case management and client service issues.
Monitor productivity, distribution, and service levels; track department metrics and improvements.
