You will manage WC and LOA cases, liaise with insurers and medical providers, and maintain policy compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation and LOA management.
• Experience with cloud-based HCM systems (UKG) preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer policies for LOA and workers’ compensation.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and medical providers.
• Prepare, send, and file correspondence daily.
• Provide case updates and guidance to HR teams.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations around WC/LOA.
• Support department projects as needed.
