Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct investigations into Workers Compensation claims and determine coverage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and external professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and records.
• Develop knowledge of company policies and procedures relevant to claims.
• Assist adjusters by researching and gathering documentation for claims.
• Assist adjusters by updating claims files with correspondence and notes.
• Support projects assigned by Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations on Workers Compensation Med Only claims, determine coverage and reserves.
• Communicate with local management and outside professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and records.
• Develop working knowledge of banner policies and procedures.
• Support adjusters by researching and gathering necessary documentation.
• Support adjusters by updating claims files with correspondence and notes.
• Support Manager-initiated projects as needed.
