Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an Analyst II to manage a diverse caseload of workers' compensation claims, including incident, medical, and lost-time cases. This experienced role supports injured associates, conducts investigations, and works with internal teams to return employees to work quickly.

The position follows a hybrid schedule (1 day in-person at a core location, 4 remote days) and can be based in Salisbury, NC, Scarborough, ME, Quincy, MA or Carlisle, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating and settling workers' compensation claims.
• Knowledge of state workers' comp statutes and medical terminology.
• Ability to gather statements, review records, and establish reserves.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of incident, medical, and lost-time WC claims across jurisdictions.
• Investigate, determine compensability, and develop claim strategies.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and manage return-to-work plans.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors, and medical providers to control costs.
