Responsibilities

• Review and analyze low severity workers' compensation claims.
• Research and verify coverage for claims.
• Review and document medical documents for workers' compensation losses.
• Monitor file activity using a diary system and respond to inquiries; ensure proper reserving and provide strong customer service.
