Advantage Technical is hiring a Workers' Compensation Claims Coordinator in Claycomo, MO for a full-time, onsite role. The candidate will manage complex claims, support employees through the process, and drive cost-effective resolutions.

Requirements include 3–5 years of Missouri WC claims adjusting, strong investigation, documentation, and case management skills; a High School diploma or GED is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of Missouri Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusting experience.
• Experience managing Lost Time Workers' Compensation claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage complex Workers' Compensation claims from start to resolution.
• Analyze claim exposure and develop strategic action plans.
• Establish and maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Process benefits, payments, claim adjustments, and settlements within authority limits.
• Prepare and submit required state filings within statutory deadlines.
• Coordinate medical, legal, investigative, and other vendor services as needed.
• Manage recovery opportunities including subrogation and offsets.
• Communicate claim status and updates with employees, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure documentation, coding, and compliance throughout the life of each claim.
• Support cost-containment initiatives while maintaining customer service.
