Pro Staff is hiring a Workers' Compensation Claims Coordinator in Claycomo, MO. The role focuses on investigating and managing complex WC claims from start to resolution, coordinating medical and legal services, and ensuring timely state filings.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Missouri WC claims adjusting experience, strong investigations and documentation skills, and a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred). This is an onsite, full-time position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Missouri workers' compensation claims adjusting.
• Strong investigation, documentation, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage complex workers' compensation claims from start to resolution.
• Analyze claim exposure and develop strategic action plans.
• Establish and maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Process benefits, payments, adjustments, and settlements within authority limits.
• Prepare and submit required state filings within statutory deadlines.
• Coordinate medical, legal, investigative, and other vendor services as needed.
• Manage recovery opportunities including subrogation and offsets.
• Communicate claim status with employees, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure accurate documentation, coding, and compliance throughout the life of each claim.
• Support cost-containment initiatives while maintaining customer service excellence.
