Workers Compensation Assistant Underwriter

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workers Compensation Assistant Underwriter to join a team. This role is a replacement position and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic department of 20 professionals. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Workers Compensation, the successful candidate will play a key role in quoting new and renewal business for workers' compensation accounts across a wide range of binding markets. This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing in California or Arizona.

Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Performance-Based Bonus: Eligible for additional compensation based on performance.
  • Remote Work: Fully remote position with company-provided equipment.
  • Benefits Package: Full details available upon request.
