• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance carriers, and legal teams to facilitate claim resolution
• Maintain detailed case files using legal case management systems such as PCLaw and iManage
• Conduct legal research on workers' compensation law, procedural law, and relevant regulations to support case strategies
• Draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence with clarity and professionalism
• Handle confidential information with discretion while ensuring compliance with privacy laws
