Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Workforce Reporting & Analytics Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for Workday reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision support. You will partner with HR, ITS, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate complex reporting requirements into accurate, efficient insights, owning the end-to-end reporting lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
Experience supporting HR functions (Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, or Workforce Planning).
Ability to design scalable and high-performance reporting solutions and data models, with data governance awareness.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain advanced reporting and analytics solutions within Workday.
Build and optimize Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboard reports to support operational and strategic needs.
Develop and maintain complex calculated fields, data transformations, and reporting logic.
Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks for leadership insights.
Support Discovery Boards, Dashboards, Worksheets, and other Workday analytics tools.
