AssistNow is seeking a Workday US Payroll Certified Consultant to lead payroll configuration, testing, production support, and compliance across US payroll environments. You will work on end-to-end implementations, support post‑production activities, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to deliver compliant payroll solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Active Workday US Payroll Certification.
• 5+ years of Workday experience with strong US Payroll expertise.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Workday Payroll implementation.
• Experience in AMS / Production Support projects.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Earnings & Deductions.
• Payroll Accounting.
• Taxes & Garnishments.
• Payroll Reconciliation.
• Payroll Testing.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Knowledge of EIB, reporting, and payroll integrations.
• Strong understanding of US Payroll regulations and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Configure and support Workday US Payroll solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations and post-production support activities.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Support payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, parallel testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases (R1/R2), regression testing, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams.
