Workday Testing Consultant- Long Term Contract

Hale International is excited to be working with a leading software client in search for an experienced Workday Testing Consultant for a full-time, fully remote contract starting immediately. The client is mid-way through a global Workday HCM implementation and entering the end-to-end testing phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on testing across Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and limited Time Tracking.
• Focus on Absence testing, providing structure and support where the client is experiencing the most issues.
• Create, manage, and execute test scenarios, scripts, and plans to support end-to-end testing.
• Offer guidance to a team with limited Workday knowledge.
• Provide input on testing methodology and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global teams across 32 countries to support localized testing needs.

Experience:

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience, with a focus on implementation and testing.
• Strong expertise in Absence Management and other core HCM modules.
• Proven ability to define and lead structured testing approaches in low-experience environments.
• Prior experience supporting multi-country Workday rollouts.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
