The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead large projects and innovate processes to promote operational excellence. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge and influence to drive results and deliver quality outcomes for clients.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree
6 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes
Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college-level training.

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
