Job summary

Prabhav Services Inc. is seeking a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge business needs and technical solutions in the Workday ecosystem. You will configure Workday modules, develop integrations, and support business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR and Finance solutions.

The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience with Workday, a strong functional area background (HCM, Finance, Payroll), and hands-on integration experience with tools like EIB and Workday Studio. This position is open to W2 Profiles only.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with Workday.
• Strong experience in at least one functional area (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with Workday integrations.

This role involves configuring Workday modules, developing integrations, supporting business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR and Finance solutions.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Financials
• Design, build, and support Workday integrations using tools like EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Develop calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and business process frameworks (BPFs)
