Job summary

PwC is seeking a Workday HCM consultant to lead the creation and implementation of impactful Workday HCM solutions for clients. You will analyze intricate issues to design practical, scalable configurations and mentor junior team members to build a strong delivery capability.

Develop deep understanding of client business context, build productive relationships, and uphold high standards across deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of Workday HCM experience with at least one implementation.
• Must hold Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module certification.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 year(s) of experience with Workday Human Capital Management with at least 1 Workday implementation
• A Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, or Time
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
