Job summary

Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Workday Technical Integration Consultant to support implementation across Raleigh, NC, Plano, TX, Addison, TX, Pennington, NJ or Charlotte, NC. The role is full-time and focuses on delivering robust Workday integrations.

You will design and implement integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and XSlt 3.0, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure scalable, secure integrations that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Workday HCM/Integration/Studio certification.
• Strong Experience in Studio/Debug/API (Postman)/SSK.
• Minimum 4 years or several implementations developing Studio from scratch.
• Proficient in XSlt 3.0 (streaming) with Oxygen or similar tools.
• Experience with Workday Core Connectors: DIS, DT, EIB.
• Knowledge of Workday Integration Security/Customer Central.
