Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Technical Consultant to join our team and provide technical expertise in the design, configuration, development, integration, and support of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other IT professionals to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing Workday configurations and integrations that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and other tools.
• Configure Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Recruiting, depending on business needs.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct testing, and deploy changes.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot integration and configuration issues.
• Participate in Workday version upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing configurations.
• Maintain data integrity, manage data loads, and support audits and compliance requirements.
• Develop reports using Workday Report Writer and calculated fields as needed.
• Stay updated on Workday capabilities and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience working with Workday integrations and technical configurations.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, XSLT, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and XML.
• Strong understanding of Workday data model and security framework.
• Experience with tools such as Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification(s) in Integrations, HCM.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible to work in night shift
