Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
- Experience in data conversion, migration and data quality management.
- Ability to design scalable enterprise architectures and integration patterns.
- Hands-on with Workday Extend, reporting, and custom solution development.
- Exposure to AI/automation and modern data platforms to enhance Workday.
- Strong client-facing presence; can articulate solutions and lead technical discussions.
- Experience supporting business development and sales discussions with prospects.
Responsibilities
- Provide client engagement delivery oversight and program management.
- Lead teams and mentor staff to deliver complex Workday solutions.
- Architect integrations and ensure scalable, secure implementations.
- Support sales efforts by presenting solutions to prospects and stakeholders.
