Job summary

Huron is seeking a seasoned Director to lead executive client relationships and program delivery for Workday transformations. You will partner with Huron Managing Directors to steer large-scale engagements, align transformation objectives with client goals, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple industries.

The role emphasizes leadership, advisory capabilities, and the ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and teams while driving growth for clients and Huron alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or business transformation leadership.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise application implementations and strategic transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program executive and trusted advisor for Commercial Workday engagements across industries.
• Lead executive steering committees and governance discussions with client leadership.
• Deliver as Delivery Leader for large Workday transformation programs, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Provide strategic guidance on Workday roadmap alignment and organizational adoption.
