Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
- Strong data conversion, migration and data quality management.
- Design scalable enterprise architectures and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, reporting and custom solutions.
- Exposure to AI/automation and modern data platforms to enhance Workday capabilities.
- Strong client-facing presence; articulate solutions and support sales efforts.
- Lead technical solutioning discussions and engage with prospects.
